Recognizing that high levels of energy cannot be sustained for a long time. Activities that lead to energy leaks are staggered so that it does not lead to energy crashes and resultant negativity. This allows everybody in the team to incorporate these insights into their daily life at work and at home. Thus balance is sustained across life, without making a distinction between Work being a drain of energy, and Home being its replenishment.
