At AACURITE, our team is trained to use critical skills to balance energy levels.
We nurture work-life balance by harmonizing physical, emotional, and intellectual energy. This sensitivity allows each team member to understand ways to sustain stable energy levels by identifying what boosts one’s energy and what drains one’s personal energy levels. Recognizing that high levels of energy cannot be sustained for a long time. Activities that lead to energy leaks are staggered so that it does not lead to energy crashes and resultant negativity. This allows everybody in the team to incorporate these insights into their daily life at work and at home. Thus balance is sustained across life, without making a distinction between Work being a drain of energy, and Home being its replenishment.

At AACURITE, employees are encouraged to do Seva with specific programmes like spending time in old-age homes, teaching in orphanages, and volunteering for animal care. Through acts like helping in old-age homes or orphanages, employees grow in empathy and self-awareness.
